Rite Aid Pharmacies in the Charlotte area will give away free tickets, souvenir Rite Aid Pit Party Passes and host World of Outlaws sprint car driver appearances for the May 23 Rite Aid Outlaw Showdown race at the Dirt Track @ Lowe’s Motor Speedway. The free tickets, souvenir Rite Aid Pit Party Passes and driver appearances are just a few of several special promotions to celebrate the Rite Aid Outlaw Showdown.
The Rite Aid Cut-Away Modified will make appearances at 14 area pharmacies. Free race tickets and souvenir Rite Aid Pit Party Passes will be provided to the first 50 fans at each store appearance. The schedule includes select pharmacies in Charlotte, China Grove, Concord, Cornelius, Harrisburg, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Mooresville and Pineville from May 12 through May 21.
The stars of the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will visit Rite Aid locations on Thursday, May 22. Craig Dollansky, Sam Hafertepe Jr., Jason Meyers, Terry McCarl, Tony Bruce Jr., Chad Kemenah and their race cars will appear at six area Rite Aid pharmacies. The first 50 fans at each location will also receive a free souvenir Rite Aid Pit Party Pass. Locations include Charlotte, Concord, Harrisburg, Matthews and Mooresville.
Special events continue on race day, Friday, May 23, with the Rite Aid Pit Party at The Dirt Track @ Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Fans with an admission ticket and a souvenir Rite Aid Pit Party Pass will be able to meet the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series drivers and see their race cars close up. The Rite Aid Pit Party starts at 4:30 p.m. prior to the race.
